Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times to regional and remote areas may be longer.

Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow its progress.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All orders are carefully packed to protect precision optics in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
